During my stay, I really appreciated the clean and comfortable bed. The convenient access to Broadway just a few steps away which was perfect for my weekend explorations, and I loved strolling through Central Park, which was almost 2 km away, offering beautiful views and a relaxing break from the city hustle.

I had a fantastic stay at the Executive Class At Mts! The room was spacious, providing a cozy seating area that made it easy to unwind after long workdays. The premium bedding ensured I got a good night's rest. The staff was very attentive to my needs and assisted me promptly when I requested help with my presentation setup.

Elevator noise was disruptive.

Great location near Times Square. The Superior King Room had a nice seating area and was equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a coffee machine. Shower was awesome with strong water pressure. The fitness center was great for a workout. Staff were quick to assist with any issues we had.

However, the check-in process felt a bit rushed, with limited staff available, and the breakfast attendant showed a lack of courtesy towards guests. Additionally, not receiving vouchers at check-in seemed unorganized.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's elegant decor and well-maintained common areas. The staff were incredibly attentive and ensured that my stay was comfortable, making it easily accessible for seniors like myself.

Great location right by Times Square and near Central Park. Breakfast options were basic, only a coffee and muffin. The executive room felt modern with good shower pressure. Staff responsiveness varied, some were helpful but others less pleasant.

The Superior King Room was comfy, and I really liked the strong shower pressure. Bed was super cozy—I slept great! The room was clean, which is always a plus. Just wish there were regular coffee options instead of just decaf. Some staff members could use a little more friendliness, but overall, it felt good and private.

They are housing migrants, making me uncomfortable with my family. I regret choosing this accommodation.
